Senator Jeffries moved to amend the House amendment to the bill on page three, section five, after line twenty-two, by inserting a new subdivision, designated subdivision (16), to read as follows:

(16) A representative from the Regional Planning and Development Councils encompassing the five participating counties;

And,

On page five, section seven, by striking out all of subdivision (14).
